How to Survive and Thrive – and Succeed – in Today’s Real Estate Market

This past Tuesday, I addressed the bi-monthly meeting of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Chapter 45.  My topic?  “How to Survive and Thrive – and Succeed – in Today’s Real Estate Market.”  It was largely a discussion of the various tools and tricks which I’ve used over the past five years to grow my practice in the face of the worst real estate market since the Great Depression.  I received some very nice feedback on the presentation and so I’ve added a link to the speech and the accompanying slides on the Presentations page so that others can have access to it.
