Yesterday morning I called into to talk with Justice & Drew about a wide variety of hot legal topics, including State Auditor Rebecca Otto’s decision to file an appeal with the Minnesota Supreme Court in the wake of her latest defeat over a 2015 law change which permitted Minnesota counties to hire private CPA firms to conduct their audits, the looming “Constiutional Crisis” prompted by Governor Dayton’s decision to defund the Legislative branch of Minnesota government, and preliminary matters in the Geronimo Yanez murder trial (Officer Yanez is accused of murdering Philando Castille in an incident caught on video and prompting violent protests).  In case you missed it live, click here to listen to our discussion.
