Minnesota Legislature v. Dayton, Episode V: Justice & Drew 9.11.17 #TCNT

On the morning of Monday, September 11, 2017, I joined Justice & Drew in studio to discuss the Minnesota Supreme Court’s order in the ongoing legal battle between the Minnesota Legislature and Governor Mark Dayton regarding his line-item veto of the Legislature’s funding; specifically, the media’s horribly misleading reporting of what the Court actually ruled.  You can listen to our discussion here.  To read the Court’s opinion, click here.
