Police in Kansas City, Mo., have retrieved piles of missing real estate signs from a real estate agent’s home after several other real estate professionals in the area had complained that signs they used to direct buyers to their listings repeatedly had been stolen from the side of streets (via REALTORMag): http://bit.ly/fY9jPy

AARP, an organization representing seniors, has filed a lawsuit against the Department of Housing and Urban Development saying that HUD’s policy changes with reverse mortgages have pushed more older home owners into foreclosure.
