Real Estate Radio Hour Legal Minute – September 2013

Last month I attended what might be the most interesting CLE (continuing legal education for you non-lawyers) I have ever attended.  It was called “The Real Estate 60” and it focused on the top 60 Minnesota cases involving real estate law.   Twelve subjects were selected and each presenter discussed five cases on that subject.

I have incorporated some of that material in my September Legal Minutes and will continue to do so in the coming months; I hope that readers/listeners find these topics and cases as interesting as I do.

Here they are:

Does a Purchase Agreement Have to Be Cancelled? (September 7, 2013)

Fraud Claims and Cancelled Contracts for Deed (September 14, 2013)

Equitable Mortgage (September 21, 2013)

Merger Doctrine (September 28, 2013)

As always, archived segments are available by visiting the Real Estate Radio Hour page of my website, and be sure to tune in to the show live every Saturday from 10 AM – 11 AM, Central Time, on WCCO Radio 830 AM.
