What’s New in Real Estate Law: July 2013 Real Estate Radio Hour Legal Minute

The theme of this month’s Legal Minute segments is “what’s new” when it comes to real estate law.  Minnesota’s 2013 Omnibus Tax Bill contains several provisions – some good, some not so good – that affect real estate owners and transactions.  Three-fourths of this month’s segments cover those tax law changes.  On top of that, the U.S. Supreme Court, in one of it’s less publicized decisions, decided a property rights case with a strong ruling in favor of the property owner.
