“3 And Out”: Canadians Boo Anthem After Trump Tariffs, Men’s Hoops Results, and Violence Erupts at Minnesota HS Basketball Game, The BS Show With Bob Sansevere, 2.3.25

On Monday morning, it was time for another edition of The BS Show with Bob Sansevere, and that means another of our weekly “3 And Out” segments, covering three stories which Bob lets me pick to discuss.
This week, we tackled the subject of Canadian sports fans booing the singing of the Star Spangled Banner – including at the Minnesota Wild-Ottawa Senators game Saturday night – in response to President’s Trump’s imposition of tariffs against Canada (which have now been postponed following a call and agreement between the President and Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau regarding policing the U.S.-Canadian border). Next up was men’s college basketball, with the Gophers reverting to form in a loss to last place Washington, while the Tommies impressed a national audience – and Timberwolves coach Chris Finch – with a decisive win over North Dakota State. Finally, we discussed a terrible story involving an assault against a Fridley High School basketball player which took place last week at Robbinsdale Cooper High School in New Hope.
