3 And Out: Eagles Still Don’t Get It, Twins Suitor Backs Out, and Yankees Revise Beards Rule, The BS Show With Bob Sansevere, 2.24.25

On Monday morning, it was time for another edition of The BS Show with Bob Sansevere, and that means another of our weekly “3 And Out” segments, covering three stories which Bob lets me pick to discuss.
We led off with a story about my least favorite NFL team, the World Champion Philadelphia Eagles. If it’s not their fans engaging in vandalism and mayhem after winning a second Super Bowl, or their Mayor having spelling issues (“E-L-G-S-E-S”), now it’s the team itself dissing President Trump by refusing an invitation to the White House. So we’re doing this again….
Next up was the Minnesota Twins, who have now followed up a pathetic offseason by losing their potential new owner, Justin Ishbia. Mr. Ishbia wants to focus on acquiring a larger stake in the Chicago White Sox, which leaves Twins fans dealing with another season of the Pohlad regime. Yay.
We closed out with a story from New York, where the Yankees have revised and relaxed their longstanding policy against beards. Both Bob and I thought that the Yankees’ crazy grooming rules died with “The Boss”, George Steinbrenner, but apparently not.
