Beer.  It’s a part of the fabric of America.  It’s also one of the most regulated products in existence.  I have carved out a niche in representing food, beverage and leisure businesses, including several breweries, brewpubs, distilleries, wineries and bars, and I keep a close eye on the laws that affect my clients.  From time to time, I’ll write about, or be quoted in articles, regarding the legal issues involved with the beer industry.
