The State of SCOTUS, Lawfare and Senate Shenanigans, Jon Justice, 11.13.24
On Wednesday morning, I made my first studio appearance on Jon Justice’s show in several months. It was my first appearance since the November 5 elections as well as my first appearance since my law firm switch.
I have to say, it’s a bit intimidating to be the follow-up to Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) and the lead-in for Liz Collin of Alpha News. I did my best to maintain their high level of discourse on the program. We discussed a wide variety of issues, including recently announced cabinet appointments from former President (now President-Elect) Trump, some bizarre developments in the Wisconsin U.S. Senate race, the fate of the various lawsuits against him (particularly the cases brought in New York) and, most significantly, what will happen to the U.S. Supreme Court between now and January 2029.
You can listen to the second hour segment here. Jon was kind enough to invite me to stay in studio to start the third hour of the show and you can listen to that segment here
