Friday morning on Justice & Drew we discussed the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky, where the Court found that certain restrictions contained in a Minnesota statute regarding what voters could wear to the polls was an unconstitutional infringement of First Amendment rights.   Click here to listen to our discussion.
