Real Estate Radio Hour Legal Minute – June 2012

June’s Legal Minutes are a potpourri of topics from the world of real estate.  With summer upon us, life in a homeowners association (particularly one that has rules about what you can do in your yard) is always interesting, as is life at the lake (a popular destination for many).  Given that June 1 is usually D-Day for new residential leases, I’ve thrown in a few tidbits about the law in that area.  We close out the month with some information on dealing with real estate in a probate.
