Real Estate Radio Hour Live at the Minnesota State Fair – August 25, 2012

On Saturday, August 25, 2012, I joined several other contributors to the Real Estate Radio Hour at the Minnesota State Fair for a discussion with Co-Host Andy Prasky regarding “hot trends” in our respective industries.

Given the present lack of “hot trends” in real estate law, during my segment Andy and I discussed my recent blog post, “The Dangers of Estate Planning by Deed” and the unforeseen consequences that can arise under such a strategy.

As is tradition for my State Fair appearances, Andy and I close out with a brief mention of the other areas of my practice.  This year, I gave him an easy segue – as you can see from above, I donned my Tommy Kramer jersey that led to the inevitable “so what’s with the outfit?”  And as to Andy’s comment that Tommy looks better in it, I can confirm that Tommy agrees with Andy!

You can listen to the full show here.  My segment is only about 5 minutes long but the other guests provided some great information as well.

For past appearances and archived “Legal Minute” segments, please visit the Real Estate Radio Hour page of my website.  Also, be sure to tune in to the show live every Saturday from 10 AM – 11 AM, Central Time, on WCCO Radio 830 AM.
