Real Estate Radio Hour – March 24, 2012

(L-R: Andy Prasky, me, Bob Abdo and Mark Miron, Bremer Bank)

On Saturday, I made one of my occasional live appearances on the Real Estate Radio Hour.  While I’ve done the live show before, this appearance was notable for a few reasons.  First, it was my first appearance since my joining the Lommen Abdo Law Firm.  Second, it was the first time I’ve had a colleague appear on the show with me.  One of our senior attorneys, Bob Abdo, was gracious enough to take time out of his Saturday morning to join me and talk about the importance that securities laws compliance plays when folks are raising private funds for their real estate projects.  We also fielded calls on estate planning and judgment liens.

I think it was one of the better, if not the best, live show I’ve done in the almost four years I’ve been involved with the show, and I would encourage you to listen to it by clicking here.

Next week I’ll be back in my one minute “Legal Minute” spot.  Stay tuned!
