“3 And Out”: Kentucky Derby Recap, Caleb Williams Transfers to the U of M , and Unauthorized WNBA Livestream Gets Over 1M Views, The BS Show With Bob Sansevere, 5.6.24

On Monday morning, it was time for another edition of The BS Show with Bob Sansevere, and that means another of our weekly “3 And Out” segments, covering three stories which Bob lets me pick to discuss. 

This week, we had a veritable potpourri of topics, in this the very busy sports month of May. Up first, of course, was the 150th running of the Kentucky Derby, which featured a photo finish and an upset. Then, we discussed the news last week that Macalester College hoops star Caleb Williams – aka “The Other Caleb Williams” (also the great nephew of Vikings legend John Beasley) was transferring to the University of Minnesota. Finally, we discussed how an enterprising WNBA fan livestreamed Angel Reece’s debut from their phone…and whether there’s a Twins fan out there who would dare do something similar in light of the current brouhaha that has Twins broadcasts offline at the moment.
