“Freedom Friday”: Cannabis Lawsuit, and More, Jon Justice, 5.10.24

I was in studio with Jon Justice and Friend of the Show Max Rymer on Jon’s “Freedom Friday” show for the second half of Hour 2 and the entirety of Hour 3. We discussed a number of issues, but Jon specifically asked me to come in to discuss the lawsuit which my firm filed on Tuesday related to whether Article 13, Section 7 of the Minnesota Constitution allows individuals who are growing their eight cannabis plants at home as allowed under Minnesota law following passage of last year’s legalization law to sell the products from those plants without a license.
