Jon Justice, 12.14.23: SCOTUS to Weigh in on January 6 Convictions, and Hunter Biden Defies Congressional Subpoena

Thursday morning I called in to Jon Justice’s show to discuss the news that the U.S. Supreme Court will hear a case which could potentially undo many of the cases against those involved in the January 6, 2021 melee at the U.S. Capitol…including even the case of former President Donald J. Trump. The case, involving a man named Joseph Fischer, a former Pennsylvania police officer, turns on whether a charge of “obstructing an official proceeding” is proper.

We also discussed the other “hot” legal news; i.e., Hunter Biden’s refusal to comply with a Congressional subpoena, and what consequences that might have.
