Minnesota Senator In Legal Trouble, and Supreme Court Hears Trump Immunity Case, Jon Justice, 4.26.24

On Friday morning, I called in to Jon Justice’s morning show to discuss the U.S. Supreme Court oral arguments in the case involving former President Trump’s claim of “Presidential immunity” regarding criminal prosecution for actions he took while in office, and to try to predict how the Court might rule. We also touched on the bizarre situation involving Minnesota DFL Senator Nicole Mitchell, who broke into her stepmother’s home and now finds herself in a heap of trouble.
