Tuesday morning I was on air again with Jon Justice, talking about the recent wave of Minnesota cities enacting moratoria on cannabis businesses in the wake of Minnesota’s new recreational cannabis law. We also discussed the Minnesota Department of Human Rights’ new discrimination reporting website, and what unintended consequences might be ahead.
