Walz Sued Over “Emerging Farmer” Preference Law, and Could The Outcome Impact Minnesota Cannabis Licensing? Jon Justice in the Morning, 1.31.24

On Wednesday morning, I called in to Jon Justice’s morning show to discuss a recently filed lawsuit against Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Agriculture Commissioner Thom Petersen, in which a white farmer alleges discrimination in a grant program which gives preference to “emerging famers.”
