Monday morning I answered Jon Justice’s “bat signal” and called in around 7:30 am to talk about a recent incident involving a small local newspaper in Marion, Kansas, the legal implications of which will have national impact, as well as the legal wranglings currently afoot to gain access to the Nashville shooter’s manifesto.
