Minnesota Supreme Court Strikes Down Proposed Minneapolis Ballot Initiatives
Thursday morning I appeared on KTLK’s Justice & Drew to discuss the recent decisions of the Minnesota Supreme Court which overturned two lower court rulings that allowed two proposed Minneapolis City Charter amendments on the November 8 general election ballot. One proposed amendment related to requiring a $15 minimum wage within the City of Minneapolis, and the other amendment would require police officers to carry liability insurance.
