The BS Show, 6.12.23: “The Return of 3 And Out”

Every once in awhile, I find enough sports related news stories to justify a reboot – albeit temporary – of “3 And Out”, the short-lived sports and law podcast that Bob Sansevere and I put together a few years ago (these days, we run the reboots as segments within The BS Show). In this episode, we discussed the Boston Red Sox releasing a player for controversial tweets from two years earlier, the Toronto Blue Jays also releasing a player for not jumping on the team’s “pride” bandwagon, and Conor McGregor knocking out the Miami Heat’s mascot, Burnie.
