“What Were You Thinking?” Breaking Down the Trump Indictment, Jon Justice in the Morning, 6.12.23

Monday morning I was on air with Jon Justice, talking about the recent indictment of Former President Trump, alleging that he mishandled certain classified documents.

While we discussed the issue of all elected and former elected officials being treated in similar fashion for these types of actions, I told Jon “if I was Trump’s attorney, I would be saying to him ‘You knew you were leaving office with a target on your back; you knew you would be running again; what were you thinking?'”, as to why the former President seemingly made it easy for the Department of Justice to go after him and indict him for something/anything.
