The Trump “Trial”; Jon Justice, 5.30.24

On Thursday morning, I called in to Jon Justice’s morning show to discuss my thoughts on the likely outcome in the “hush money” trial in New York involving former President Trump. Specifically, I discussed several instances of what I believe are reversible error in the case which will be dealt with by the appellate courts in New York, as well as the possibility that the U.S. Supreme Court may be asked to intervene sooner rather than later. We also briefly discussed the Minnesota DFL officials’ sudden epiphany on whether Senator Nicole Mitchell should resign her seat, mere days after she was the 34th and deciding vote on the “Omnibus Prime” bill at the Capitol.

Hours after my interview, one of my two predicted scenarios came to be.
