On Monday, I called into Jon Justice’s morning show to discuss a recent news report that the State of Minnesota is planning a “massive” ramp-up of enforcement activity in regards to its still new (or newish) THC edibles market. Our discussion included some thoughts on the short-lived Director of the Office of Cannabis Management, as well as how vital having a regulatory agency which focuses not only on strict enforcement, but also guidance to industry members to ensure compliance with applicable rules
